Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with automatic proration managed by Apple (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
How does the free trial work?
You get 7 free days on all paid plans (Solo, Duo, Garage). One trial per Apple or Google account. The subscription starts automatically after, unless cancelled.
How do I cancel?
On iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → SentryAlert → Cancel. On Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → SentryAlert → Cancel. Access remains active until the end of the paid period.
Why no one-time payment (Lifetime)?
SentryAlert relies on permanent server infrastructure (hosting, TLS certificates, Tesla API) that generates recurring costs. The subscription ensures the sustainability and quality of the service.
Do prices include VAT?
Displayed prices include VAT. Billing is handled by Apple (iOS) or Google Play (Android) depending on the platform, which also apply the VAT rate of your country.
